Arrival Information
Check-in time is 4:00PM. Please, NO EARLY ARRIVALS. We can not guarantee access before 4:00PM. Our guests are invited to check-in any time after 4:00pm. Cabins will be unlocked once cleaned and ready for your visit. Keys will be inside and there will be registration paperwork to complete. You may reach us by phone if you have questions or concerns after check-in.
Departure Information
Check out Time is NO LATER than 10AM on your scheduled departure date.
It may not be possible for a late check out, as other guests may be arriving that afternoon.
Deposit/Cancellation Policy
To hold a reservation:
40% of the lodging charge is required to confirm your reservation.
Final payment, (including balance of lodging, tax, cleaning fee and renters insurance), is due 60 days prior to arrival.
If a reservation is made within 60 days of arrival, the full amount is due.
In addition to the nightly lodging there will be these charges:
· 7% Montana State Bed Tax
· Renters Insurance of $39.00
· A non-refundable cleaning fee per cabin.
Cleaning fees:
Two Top Cottage - $60.00
Blue Spruce Cabin - $125.00
Lionshead Lodge - $150.00
Red Cedar - $150.00
To Cancel a Reservation:
For a 100% Refund (less credit card fees - if any), you must cancel your reservation 90 days prior to arrival.
Notice of cancellation is required 60 (sixty) days prior to arrival.
Reservations cancelled within the confines of this policy will be refunded the lodging
deposit amount, minus a $100 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made outside the above listed time frames (within 59 days prior to arrival) will not be eligible for refunds.
We regret there are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
Restrictions:
NO SMOKING ALLOWED. For insurance, safety and the consideration of others, all
indoor facilities are designated strictly non-smoking. Smoking will be allowed on the
outside deck and patio areas. Please dispose of fully extinguished smoking materials in the trash.
NO PETS ALLOWED (Except in Two Top Cottage with Pet Fee). Unfortunately, we do not allow pets of any kind in the rental units (Blue Spruce, Red Cedar or Lionshead Lodge) or on the grounds. There is no kennel for boarding in West Yellowstone, so please make other arrangements before you arrive.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY LIMIT:
Two Top Cottage - 7 people (includes babies and children)
Lionshead Lodge - 14 people (includes babies and children)
Blue Spruce - 14 people (includes children and babies)
Red Cedar - 14 people (includes children and babies)
In addition:
No camping, motor homes, tents, tent trailers or travel trailers allowed.
Outside fires in designated areas only, with manager’s approval, in Winter and Spring. Summer and Fall are very dangerous for fires in our neighborhood.
Dry weather, wind and burning ban notifications will determine fire permission.
Please take note: Yellowstone Vacation Cabins reserves the right to refuse service (you will be asked to leave),
without refund, in the event that these restrictions are ignored.
