Restrictions:
NO SMOKING ALLOWED. For insurance, safety and the consideration of others, all
indoor facilities are designated strictly non-smoking. Smoking will be allowed on the
outside deck and patio areas. Thank you.
NO PETS ALLOWED. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets of any kind in the rental
units or on the grounds. There is no kennel for boarding in West Yellowstone, so please
make other arrangements before you arrive.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY LIMIT:
Wooded Bliss - 6 people (includes children and babies)
*with addition - 11 people (includes children and babies)
Lone Pine - 11 people (includes babies and children)
Blue Spruce - 14 people (includes children and babies)
*with Bear Cabin - 16 (Bear cabin ONLY sleeps 2)
Red Cedar - 14 people with rollaway beds (includes children and babies)
In addition:
No camping, motor homes, tents, tent trailers or travel trailers allowed.
Outside fires in designated areas only. Please adhere to any burning ban notifications.
Please take note: Yellowstone Vacation Cabins LLC reserves the right to refuse
service, without refund, in the event that these restrictions are ignored.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy
To hold a reservation:
50% of the lodging charge is required to confirm your reservation.
Final payment, (including balance of lodging, tax, cleaning fee and damage deposit), is due
60 days prior to arrival. If a reservation is made within 60 days of arrival, the full
amount is due.
In addition to the nightly lodging there will be these charges:
7% Montana State Bed Tax
*Security / Damage deposit of $500.00
A non-refundable cleaning fee per cabin.
Cleaning fees:
Wooded Bliss - $125.00
*with both units $175.00
Blue Spruce Cabin - $150.00
*with Bear Cabin - $175.00
Lone Pine - $175.00
Red Cedar - $200.00
Payment Info: We take Visa and MC over the phone, and it is not necessary to collect
the security deposit of $500.00 *since your credit card will be on file.
If you prefer to pay by personal check, Paypal, Amex or Discover, we will need to also
charge the $500.00 security deposit on your final payment, as those payments are
collected online via Paypal.
To cancel a reservation:
Notice of cancellation is required 60 (sixty) days prior to arrival.
Reservations cancelled within the confines of this policy will be refunded the lodging
deposit amount, minus a $100 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made outside the above listed time frames will not be eligible for refunds.
We regret there are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
Exception: Cleaning fees and security deposits are not a part of the lodging and will be
refunded if a reservation is cancelled.
